This is a seasonal fruit-lease licence. For the fee paid, iPerFarm grants you (a family, company, or organisation) the right to receive the mango crop from one specific mango tree that we allot and tag with your name, for one mango season. It is not a sale of land or of the tree, not a lease or tenancy of land, and not any ownership, investment, security, or financial product. It grants no right, title, or interest in the land, the tree, the soil, or anything else on the farm.
You receive only the mango fruit harvested from your one allotted tree during that season. Nothing else on the farm belongs to you: not the land, not the tree itself, not its wood, leaves, bark, or roots, not any other tree, and not any other crop, produce, flower, animal, or asset. Your rights are limited strictly to that season's mangoes from your allotted tree.
iPerFarm cultivates, waters, prunes, and manages pests and disease for your tree using organic practices, in good faith and to a reasonable standard, throughout the year. All decisions on cultivation, timing, and farm operations remain entirely with iPerFarm.
Any figure such as "around 100 kg" is an estimate from past seasons, not a promise. Actual yield depends on nature, weather, rainfall, temperature, pollination, pests, and disease, all outside our control. A lower yield, or in rare cases no yield, from natural causes is not a breach and does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.
If your allotted tree dies or fails to fruit due to natural causes, disease, storm, or force majeure, iPerFarm may, at its discretion, allot a comparable alternative tree for that season or offer a fair remedy. This is our sole obligation in such an event.
Mangoes are available only during the natural mango season, on dates we notify. Farm visits to harvest are by prior appointment only during that window; this is not a right to enter the farm at any other time. You may collect the fruit yourself, or opt for doorstep delivery, in which case transport is charged extra, at actual cost, and borne by you. Fruit not harvested or dispatched within the notified window may spoil and is not compensated.
The fee is ₹3,999 per tree for one season/year, payable in full up front via UPI, with the UTR / reference entered on the form. The programme runs for one season and must be renewed each year to continue; no rights carry over to any future season without a fresh paid renewal. Adopters get first right to renew the same tree before it is offered to others.
The adoption is for the named adopter's personal or internal use (family enjoyment, or a company's own gifting, team, and CSR use). It may not be transferred, resold, or assigned without our written consent, and the mangoes are not for commercial resale.
Any farm visit is at your own risk. You must follow our staff's instructions and safety rules, supervise children at all times, and take care around trees, water, tools, and animals. iPerFarm is not responsible for injury, illness, or loss arising from your own actions or negligence, or for personal belongings.
Because a specific tree and a full year of care are dedicated to you on adoption, the fee is non-refundable once your tree is allotted and confirmed, except where iPerFarm is unable to provide any tree, in which case you receive a full refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iPerFarm's total liability for any claim arising from this programme is limited to the fee you paid for that season. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
iPerFarm is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including drought, flood, storm, pest outbreaks, disease, fire, government action, or public-health emergencies.
We collect your name, tag name, phone, and city only to run your adoption. We never sell or rent your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
By adopting a tree, you confirm you are 18+, authorised to act for your family or organisation, and that you accept these terms, including that you receive the season's mangoes from your allotted tree only, and nothing else on the farm.
